There were present: John E. Fitzgerald James Keller Charles O. Sicard Allison B. Ellsworth constituting a quorum of the Board. Norman Ferguson, Zoning Inspector, was also present. George Kurosaka was absent. , The minutes of the last meeting were read and on motion by Charles O. Sicard, seconded by Allison B. Ellsworth and carried unanimously, approved. ',--- The report of the Planning Board disapproving of the change called for by Notice of Appeal #1, by Russell A. Stone and Gertrude Stone. The report was read and it was stated that a public hearing would have to be held on this matter. The publichcE:Ting on these two matters was set for November 29, 1967. The location of the lot was discussed. It was stated that this was a permitted special use in the R4 zone. Mahoney appeared lrith Mr. Hudson. Discussion was had with reference to the location of the property and pictures '\vcre submitted by flIr. Hahoney.
