RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UPGRADE FOR CHRIS HAMMOND
FROM LABORER TO MOTOR EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (MEO) AT
TOWN LANDFILLTRANSFER STATION
RESOLUTION NO. 37, 2002

WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Facilities Manager has recommended that the Town Board
authorize an upgrade for Chris Hammond from Laborer to Motor Equipment Operator (MEO) at the
Town Landfill/Transfer Station, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board agrees with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs an upgrade for
Chris Hammond from Laborer to Motor Equipment Operator (MEO) effective immediately at the rate
of pay specified in the Town’s CSEA Union Agreement for the MEO position for the year 2002, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Solid
Waste Facilities Manager and/or Town Comptroller to complete any forms and take any action
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
