WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and

WHEREAS, Anthony Metivier’s term on the Planning Board expired on December 31, 2001
and he has expressed his wish to be re-appointed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby re-appoints Anthony Metivier to serve
as a member of the Queensbury Planning Board until his term expires on December 31, 2009.
