ENFORCEMENT TO ATTEND 2002 ANNUAL
ASSOCIATION OF TOWNS CONFERENCE

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6,2002 the Queensbury Town Board authorized certain
municipal officials to attend the annual New York State Association of Towns Conference to be held in

New York City from February 17 through February 20, 2002, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add the Director of Building and Codes Enforcement
to the list of municipal officials authorized to attend the Conference,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the Director of Building and
Codes Enforcement to attend the annual Association of Towns Conference to be held in New

York City from February 17 through February 20, 2002, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by the Director of Building
and Codes Enforcement at the Association of Towns Conference shall be deemed proper Town
charges.
