RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROMOTION OF MICHAEL TROMBLEY
FROM TREATMENT PLANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TO
INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN AT TOWN WATER TREATMENT PLANT

WHEREAS, the Town Water Superintendent has recommended that the Town Board
authorize the provisional promotion of Michael Trombley from Treatment Plant Maintenance
Technician to Instrument Technician at the Town Water Treatment Plant, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board agrees with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the promotion
of Michael Trombley from Treatment Plant Maintenance Technician to Instrument Technician at the
Town Water Treatment Plant on a provisional basis until such time as Mr. Trombley passes the Civil

Service exam for the position, effective January 15, 2002 at the rate of pay specified in the Town’s
CSEA Union Agreement for the position for the year 2002, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Water
Superintendent and/or Town Comptroller to complete any forms and take any action necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
