Project Description
Applicant proposes a five lot subdivision with road construction from the existing Native Road from Carey
Road. Lot 1 – 11.32 acres, Lot 2 – 2.01 acres, Lot 3 – 8.24 acres, Lot 4 – 6.94 acres, Lot 5 – 3.75 acres and
ROW - 1.11 acres. Project includes stormwater management, grading and erosion control. Pursuant to Chapter
183 of the Zoning Ordinance, subdivision of land shall be subject to Planning Board review and approval.

Summary
The applicant proposes a 5 lot subdivision where lot 1 is an existing building on the site and the remaining five
lots are to be developed as lots are sold. Site Plan will be required for each lot development and the proposed
addition to the building on lot 1.
