AMENDMENT TO TOWN BUDGET

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 140,2002 the Queensbury Town Board authorized an
amendment to the 2002 Town Budget, and
2001
WHEREAS, the Resolution should have amended the Year Budget rather than the Year
2002 Budget and so the Town Board wishes to accordingly amend Resolution No.: 140,2002,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 140,2002

such that the Town Board authorizes an amendment to the Year Town Budget, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Comptroller’s
Office to make any necessary transfers, take any necessary action and/or amend the 2001 Town
Budget accordingly, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 140,2002 in all
other respects.
