Our progress on this build leads us to belive that by the end of September, the house will be completed in sufficient detail to be issued a Certificate of Occupancy by the Town's Building and Codes Department. Our current rental expires on the 26th of this month. Our plans were in place to begin construction in early March. Unfortunately, the Governor's executive order restricting construction projects severely impacted our original plans. This unforeseen delay created considerable hardship, as rental property rates have increased considerably now that vacation rental season has begun, As a result,we must now vacate this home and identify other temporary living arrangements. As part of our search,we have observed that other homeowners have been granted such permits in the past. We have since identified a 27'camping trailer that we can rent, with the owner delivering the unit on June 20th,and removing it no later than mid-October. Our hope is that you and the other Board members will approve a temporary permit allowing us to site a mobile home(camping trailer) behind the new structure for our own occupancy while construction proceeds. We have the ability and will provide a hook-up to power, town water and on-site septic for this unit. We have also attached a marked-up site plan used for the building permit application. This identifies the provisions that ill be provided prior to occupancy for: • Power • Water, and • Septic Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Sincerely, 2 a rt ichael and Yvonne Wild • '''--> "--------* .
