RESOLUTION APPROVING YEAR 2001 SERVICE AWARD PROGRAM
RECORDS FOR WEST GLENS FALLS VOLUNTEER FIRE CO., INC.

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board previously authorized engagement of PENFLEX,
Inc., to provide the 2001 Standard Year End Administration Services for the Town’s Volunteer Fire
Companies Service Award Program, and
WHEREAS, as part of the Service Award Program, it is necessary that the Town Board
approve each Fire Company’s Year 2001 Service Award Program Records, and
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor’s Office has received and reviewed the records from the
West Glens Falls Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. and found them to be complete, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve these records,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the 2001 Volunteer Fire
Company Service Award Program Records for the West Glens Falls Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to take
all action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
