RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF
FLEET MANAGEMENT POLICY

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Daniel Stec
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 145,2001, the Queensbury Town Board abolished the
Town’s Fleet Management Policy, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to adopt a new, revised Fleet Management Policy which
will provide for management of the Town’s fleet of motor vehicles, and
WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed new Policy has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby adopts the Town of Queensbury Fleet
Management Policy as presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
distribute copies of this Policy to all Town Departments.
