RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.: 153,2002 REGARDING
DESIGNATION OF TOWN POLLING PLACES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 153,2002 the Queensbury Town Board authorized
designation of the Town of Queensbury’s polling places for each Election District, and
WHEREAS, the Town Clerk has advised that it will be necessary to change the location of
several of the Election Districts and therefore the Town Board wishes to amend Resolution No.:
153,2002 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 153,2002
such that the locations of the following Town polling places shall be as follows:
WARD/ELECTION DISTRICT LOCATION
3/1 Queensbury 4/5 School
3/2 Queensbury 4/5 School
3/3 Queensbury 4/5 School Gym
3/5 Queensbury 4/5 School
3/6 Queensbury 4/5 School
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Clerk to forward a
copy of this Resolution to the Warren County Board of Elections, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 153,2002 in all
other respects.
