RESOLUTION APPOINTING DIANA TALLON AS CONFIDENTIAL

WHEREAS, the Confidential Administrative Secretary to the Town of Queensbury’s Highway

Superintendent submitted her resignation effective July 12, 2002, and
WHEREAS, the Town Highway Superintendent has recommended that the Town Board
authorize the appointment of Diana Tallon to the position of Confidential Administrative Secretary to
the Town Highway Superintendent,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Diana Tallon to the position

of Confidential Administrative Secretary to the Town Highway Superintendent effective July 22,
2002 at an annual salary of $28,759.00 and subject to a eight (8) month probation period, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such appointment shall expire December 31, 2003, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor,
Highway Superintendent and/or Town Comptroller’s Office to complete any forms necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
