QUEENSBURY QUAKER ROAD SEWER DISTRICT
BENEFIT TAX ROLL FOR 2003

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to adopt the proposed Central Queensbury
Quaker Road Sewer District Benefit Tax Roll for 2003 as presented at this meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board must conduct a public hearing prior to its adoption,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board shall hold a public hearing on September 23,
2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Queensbury Activities Center, 742 Bay Road, Queensbury to hear all
interested parties and citizens concerning the proposed Central Queensbury Quaker Road Sewer
District Benefit Tax Roll for 2003, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Queensbury Town Clerk
to publish a Notice of Public Hearing in the official newspaper for the Town not less than ten (10) days
prior to the hearing date and also mail a copy of the Notice to all property owners within the
Benefit Assessment District.
