The HVAC Components and systems located at 470 Aviation Road, Queensbury
NY, have been tested and found to be working and in good condition. In the
Basement of this location there is a YORK furnace model #TG9S130D2OMP11A.
Furnace exhaust is vented properly into a concentric vent kit also bringing in the
combustion air. The condensate from the furnace goes into a pump and is
pumped away along with the Air conditioning the condensate, with no leaks. Gas
pipe to the furnace is also sized properly, with no leaks. The air conditioning
system is a 5-ton, Model #YCJF60S41S1A with a matching A-coil. Duct work is
sized properly to distribute the necessary CFM's for the air conditioning, heat and
to each room of the building. The ductwork seams are sealed with silver metal
tape. The ductwork system also has a Lifebreath heat recovery ventilator. Model
# 200max. The 200 max runs when the furnace fan is in operation. The max 200
will exchange the air in the building 1.8 times per hour
