RESOLUTION APPOINTING ANNA PLANTE AS BILLING SUPERVISOR
RESOLUTION NO. 28, 2001

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Daniel Stec
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 523,2000, the Queensbury Town Board created the full-time,
non-union, Civil Service competitive position of Billing Supervisor, and
WHEREAS, the Town Water Superintendent wishes to appoint Anna Plante to the Grade 4
position within the Town’s non-union salary structure,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Anna Plante as Billing

Supervisor effective January 9, 2001 subject to any applicable Civil Service requirements, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that Anna Plante shall be paid an annual salary of $30,000, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Water
Superintendent, Town Supervisor and/or Town Comptroller’s Office to complete any documentation
and take such other and further action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
