WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board has received the Queensbury Zoning Board of
Appeal’s recommendation for its year 2009 officers, and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to appoint the Chairman of the Town’s
Zoning Board of Appeals for 2009,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints James Underwood as
Chairman of the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals for 2009.
