I've searched but it doesn't look like we have any measures of the height or plans other than the 1971 survey that
would show the boathouse over Mr. Brock's docks. The photos from our 1981 registration show a flat hip roof, no
railing, extending as far into the lake as the shorter dock with posts on the inside with maybe a foot overhang on
each side.
I have photos from 1997 & 1999 showing a railing & stairs. No permit on file for construction of the railing, do you
know when it was added?

Molly,
Any chance you have any drawings in your files for John Brocks boathouse?
This is his residential property immediately North of the marina......now Boats by George.
He's looking to pull a permit for the rebuild of the boathouse after the ice damage and I need some sort of
confirmation as to the previous size of the structure to make sure he's building back what was there before.
Thanks!
Craig

My name is Esther Frederick and I live at 296 Cleverdale Road which is next door
to John Brock.
I have been observing the reconstruction of John's docks and boathouse, which
were built by my brother in the mid 1900's. The docks and boathouse were
damaged during the storm in April of 2007. The new docks have been built on the
original cribs and the boathouse is the samg size and height of that built by my
brother.
John asked me if my docks are under water in the spring. I have seen this happy
many times and supplied him with a picture showing the dock and wall under
water.
I feel that the docks and boathouse are being built in a professional manner and are
attractive the look at.
Sincerely yours,
Esther Frederick
