RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LEAVE REQUEST OF SUSAN KUBIK

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Susan Kubik, a part-time employee in the Town Wastewater Department, has
requested Town Board approval to take one week off without pay following her wedding on

September 29, 2001, and
WHEREAS, Town Board approval is necessary before an employee may take a leave without
pay, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has carefully considered the circumstances of Ms. Kubik’s
request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Susan Kubik to take one
th
week off without pay following her wedding on September 29, 2001, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Wastewater Director,
Town Comptroller and/or Town Supervisor to take any action necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
