200.2001 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGAGEMENT OF C.T. MALE ASSOCIATES, P.C. TO REVIEW OPERATION AND PREPARE REPORT CONCERNING MEADOWBROOK PUMPING STATION CAPACITY RESOLUTION NO.: 200, 2001 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. James Martin WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury’s Deputy Wastewater Director has obtained an engineering services proposal from C.T. Male Associates, P.C. to review the operation and prepare a report concerning operation of the Meadowbrook Pumping Station with the ultimate goal of increasing the Meadowbrook Pumping Station’s capacity from 900 gpm to 1,600 gpm, and WHEREAS, the Deputy Wastewater Director has recommended that the Town Board engage the engineering services of C.T. Male Associates, P.C. for an amount not to exceed $5,850 as delineated in C.T. Male’s Proposal dated April 23, 2001 and presented at this meeting, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the engagement of C.T. Male Associates, P.C., to review and prepare a report concerning operation of the Meadowbrook Pumping Station for an amount not to exceed $5,850 to be paid for from the appropriate account in Fund 032, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Deputy Wastewater Director and/or Town Supervisor to execute any documentation and take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. th Duly adopted this 7 day of May, 2001, by the following vote: AYES : Mr. Brewer, Mr. Brower, Mr. Martin, Mr. Turner, Mr. Stec NOES : None ABSENT: None
