RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.: 399,1999 REGARDING
APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO STEERING COMMITTEE

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 399,1999 the Queensbury Town Board created the Town’s
Steering Committee concerning the development of a new Town Zoning Ordinance and appointed
members to the Committee, and
WHEREAS, as part of such Resolution the Town Board appointed Leon Steves as a member
of the Committee but should have appointed Mr. Steves as an “ex officio” member instead, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to amend Resolution No. 399, 1999 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 399, 1999
such that Leon Steves shall be an ex officio member of the Town’s Steering Committee concerning the
development of a new Town Zoning Ordinance, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 399,1999 of
2001 in all other respects.
