HIRING OF RUTH MACY AS TEMPORARY PART-TIME CLERICAL
EMPLOYEE IN TOWN ASSESSOR’S OFFICE

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 168,2001 the Queensbury Town Board authorized the hiring
of Ruth Macy as a part-time, temporary, clerical employee to work in the Town Assessor’s Office from

April 10 through May 8, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the Town Assessor has advised the Town Board that she will need Ms. Macy to
thth
work in her office through June 8, 2001 rather than through May 8, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to amend Resolution No. 168,2001 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No. 168,2001 such

that Ruth Macy shall be authorized to work in the Town Assessor’s Office through June 8, 2001, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 168,2001 in all
other respects.
