RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INCREASE OF APPROPRIATIONS AND
APPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE AND AMENDING 2000 BUDGET

WHEREAS, a Budget Amendment Request has been duly initiated and justified and is
deemed compliant with Town operating procedures and accounting practices by the Town
Comptroller,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town
Comptroller’s Office to take all action necessary to transfer funds and amend the 2000 Town
Budget as follows:

BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board further authorizes the increase of
appropriations and appropriated fund balance in the Economic Development Special Reserve
Fund in the amount of $150,000 with the source of funds to be an increase in appropriated fund
balance of $150,000, and an increase in appropriations in the Miscellaneous Contractual Account
No.: 013-6989-4400.
