Beginning at an iron stake 248 feet easterly more or less from the easterly
boundary of land reputed to be owned by one Marsolias;running thence southerly in a
straight line 130 feet more or less to an iron stake;thence in continuation of said straight
lino eight feet to the center of the traveled portion of a private road tailed"Farm Road
thence easterly along said center of said road 100 feet to a point--thence northerly on a
line parallel with the line first described as a boundary hereof 138 feet to a point--thence
westerly 100 feet to point of beginning.
The stake mentioned secondly above,is 255 feet 7 inches more or less easterly

BEING the same premises and as the same were described in a deed from Paul
Knox to John L.Quinlan,Jr.and M.Virginia Quinlan,his wife,dated May 28, 1962 and
recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office on June 18,1962 in Book 420 of Deeds at
page 371.
TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT to all enforceable covenants,easements,
rights of way,restrictions and conditions of record.
John L.Quinlan,Jr.died on February 22,2002 leaving M.Virginia Quinlan
surviving tenant by the entirety of the above described premisesM.VIRGINIA
