RESOLUTION ADDING “NEEDLE PARK CIRCLE” TO LIST OF TOWN
PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS AND ROAD NAMES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. James Martin
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434.95, the Queensbury Town Board adopted a list of names
for private driveways and roads in the Town in connection with the 911 addressing system, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add “Needle Park Circle” to its list of private
driveways and road names to reference a roadway through the Whispering Pines Apartments and
Townhouses, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby adds “Needle Park Circle” to its list of
private driveways and roads in the Town of Queensbury with the understanding that the Whispering
Pines Apartments and Townhouses will provide for the construction and installation of the necessary
poles and street signs identifying Needle Park Circle.
