RESOLUTION APPOINTING LAURA VAMVALIS TO
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY CEMETERY COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 391, 2001

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Daniel Stec
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury
Cemetery Commission in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, Dr. George Wiswall is unable to complete his term on the Commission and
therefore the Cemetery Commission has recommended that the Town Board appoint Laura Vamvalis
to complete Dr. Wiswall’s term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Laura Vamvalis to serve as a

member of the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission until such term expires on August 21,
2003.
