RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING CHARLES YASKO TO BOARD OF
ASSESSMENT REVIEW

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Board of Assessment
Review in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, the term of member Charles Yasko recently expired and Mr. Yasko has
expressed interest in re-appointment to the Board for a new five year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby re-appoints Charles Yasko to serve as

member of the Queensbury Board of Assessment Review with a term to expire September 30, 2006.
