WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 471,2001 the Queensbury Town Board authorized the
scheduling of public hearings concerning the proposed new emergency ambulance service Agreements
between the Town of Queensbury and its three emergency squads, Bay Ridge Rescue Squad, Inc.,

North Queensbury Rescue Squad, Inc., and West Glens Falls Emergency Squad, Inc., for January 7,
2002 at 7:00 p.m., and
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor has rescheduled January’s first regular Town Board

Meeting for January 14 rather than January 7 and therefore the Town Board wishes to amend
Resolution No.: 471,2001 to reschedule the public hearings concerning the emergency squad

Agreements for January 14, 2002 at 7:00 p.m.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 471,2001 to
reschedule the public hearings concerning the proposed new emergency ambulance service Agreements
between the Town of Queensbury and its three emergency squads, Bay Ridge Rescue Squad, Inc.,

North Queensbury Rescue Squad, Inc., and West Glens Falls Emergency Squad, Inc., for January 14,
2002 at 7:00 p.m., and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 471,2001 in all
other respects.
