RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MILEAGE ALLOWANCE

WHEREAS, New York State Town Law §116 requires the Town Board to establish a mileage
allowance for the use of Town employees’ personal automobiles in the performance of employees’
duties when a Town Fleet Management vehicle is unavailable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, in accordance with New York State Town Law §116, the Town Board of the

Town of Queensbury hereby establishes the amount of 31 per mile to be allowed for the actual and
necessary use of Town employees’ personal automobiles in the performance of employees’ duties.
