RESOLUTION APPOINTING RECEIVER OF TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to re-appoint Darleen
Dougher as Tax Receiver for the years 2000 and 2001,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, in accordance with §20, Subdivision 6(E) of the New York State Town Law
and Resolution No.: 97 of 1967, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby appoints
Darleen Dougher as its Receiver of Taxes and Assessments, such appointment to expire December 31,
2001.
