RESOLUTION APPOINTING ANTHONY METIVIER TO
QUEENSBURY PLANNING BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 17, 2000

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Planning Board and the Town Board wishes to appoint a
replacement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby appoints Anthony
Metivier to serve as a member of the Queensbury Planning Board until the term expires on December
31, 2001.
