RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHT
ALONG CORINTH ROAD

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to arrange for the placement
of a street light on Pole #125, Corinth Road at the entrance to Hudson Pointe in Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves of the
installation of a 100 watt high pressure lamp on Niagara Mohawk Pole #125, Corinth Road at the
entrance to Hudson Pointe in Queensbury with payment for the lighting to be billed to the West
Queensbury Lighting District,and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor’s
Office to make all necessary installation arrangements with Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation and
take any other action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
