RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO QUEENSBURY
WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR
SANITARY SEWER CONNECTIONS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 86 of 1988, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
accepted the Queensbury Wastewater Department’s Standard Specifications for Sanitary Sewer
Connections (Specifications), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Wastewater has revised these Specifications and requested that
the Town Board approve the revised Specifications as presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves of the
Queensbury Wastewater Department’s Standard Specifications for Sanitary Sewer Connections
presented at this meeting and further authorizes and directs the Director of Wastewater to distribute
the new Specifications and take any action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
