RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO
QUEENSBURY ACTIVITIES CENTER USE POLICY AND RULES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 369.99, the Queensbury Town Board adopted the Town of
Queensbury Activities Center Use Policy and Rules (Policy), and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to amend the Policy to eliminate the requirement that
applicants file a separate application for each proposed use of the Center and that no application may
be made more than twenty-one (21) days before each proposed use, and
WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed, amended Policy has been presented at this meeting and is
in form approved by Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adopts the amended
Town of Queensbury Activities Center Use Policy and Rules as presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury further authorizes and directs
the Town Supervisor’s Office to distribute copies of the amended Policy and Rules to the Activities
Center Coordinator and all Town Departments.
