WHEREAS, David Hatin, Director of Building and Codes Enforcement, has requested Town
Board approval to use three and a half (3 ½) days of paid education leave to attend a fire investigation

WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve his request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes David Hatin
to use three and a half (3 ½) day of paid education leave to attend a fire investigation conference in
