RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVOCABLE PERMIT TO LOCATE A
MOBILE HOME OUTSIDE OF MOBILE HOME COURT FOR RANDY
BARRETT

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury regulates mobile homes outside of mobile home courts
in accordance with Queensbury Town Code §113-12, and
WHEREAS, Randy Barrett filed an application for a revocable "Mobile Home Outside a
Mobile Home Court" permit to replace his mobile home located at 10 Newcomb Street, Queensbury
with a new mobile home, and

WHEREAS, the Town Board held a public hearing concerning this application on May 1,
2000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the issuance
of a revocable permit to Randy Barrett in accordance with the terms and provisions of Queensbury
Town Code §113-12.
