SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT CONCERNING JOHN BROCK AND J&A
MARINE, INC. V. TOWN OF QUEENSBURY

WHEREAS, the Town has been asked to provide a satisfaction of judgment for a judgment

entered in the Warren County Supreme Court on March 2, 1998 in a matter between the Town and
John Brock and J&A Marine, Inc. upon payment in full of the amount owing, being the amount of
$200 plus interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the Town
Supervisor to sign a satisfaction of judgment concerning the matter of John Brock and J&A Marine,

Inc. v. the Town of Queensbury entered on March 2, 1998 in the Warren County Supreme Court for
the amount of $200 plus interest, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes the Town Supervisor and or Town
Counsel to take such other and further action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
