WHEREAS, a vacant substitute School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) position exists within
the Town of Queensbury and the Town Board wishes to appoint someone to this position,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Sandra Kelley as a substitute

School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) effective May 16, 2000 at the current rate of pay for the
position, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Comptroller’s Office to complete any forms and take any actions necessary to effectuate the
terms of this Resolution.
