WHEREAS, as required by the New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS), the
Queensbury Town Board wishes to establish the standard work day for certain officials' titles required to be
reported to the NYSLRS based on their record of activities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby establishes the following standard work days for

Day and Reporting Resolution(Resolution) and Affidavit of Posting(Affidavit). While
reviewing the information on the Resolution and Affidavit, we noted that many timekeepers are
listed. According to the recent amendments to Regulation 315.4 (copy enclosed), officials who
are paid hourly or participate in the time keeping system do not need to be listed on the
Resolution. We have enclosed a copy of the updated Standard Work Day and Reporting
Resolution(Form RS2417-A and RS2417-B)to be used for your future submissions.
