MOBILE HOME OUTSIDE OF MOBILE HOME COURT FOR WILLIAM

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury regulates mobile homes outside of mobile home courts
in accordance with Queensbury Town Code §113-12, and
WHEREAS, William St. John filed an application for a revocable "Mobile Home Outside a
Mobile Home Court" permit to replace a mobile home located at 4C Newcomb Street, Queensbury
with a newer mobile home, and

WHEREAS, the Town Board held a public hearing concerning this application on July 10,
2000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the issuance of a revocable
permit to William St. John in accordance with the terms and provisions of Queensbury Town Code
§113-12.
