RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR
ADIRONDACK NORTH COUNTRY COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT
PROGRAM FUNDS THROUGH NEW YORK STATE DIVISION OF
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY RENEWAL

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury's Senior Planner has advised the Town Board that
the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal is now accepting applications
from eligible communities to compete for Adirondack North Country Community Enhancement
Program funds, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize submission of its application for the
Adirondack North Country Community Enhancement Program funds,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs submission
of the Town of Queensbury's application for Adirondack North Country Community
Enhancement Program funds through the New York State Division of Housing and Community
Renewal, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
sign the application and any necessary documents in connection with the submission and further

authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Community Development Department to take
such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
