RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
#125 – WARD 1 ROAD AND DRAINAGE CAPITAL PROJECT

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board plans to create a Road and Drainage Project in
Ward 1 of the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to establish a Capital Project Fund to fund this Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the
establishment of a Capital Project Fund to be known as the “Ward 1 Road and Drainage Project
Capital Project Fund #125,” which Fund will establish funding for the Road and Drainage Project
planned for Ward 1 in the Town of Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes an interfund transfer of $500,000 from
the Fiscal Year 2000 General Fund Budget into the new Capital Project Fund #125, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Comptroller’s
Office to transfer funds and take such other and further action necessary to effectuate the terms and
provisions of this Resolution.
