RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING POSITION RECLASSIFICATIONS/
UPGRADES AND ASSOCIATED APPOINTMENTS TO POSITIONS

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to reclassify and upgrade certain
positions within the Town of Queensbury and appoint employees to these reclassified, upgraded
positions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the reclassifications and
upgrades of positions and associated employee appointments and annual salaries effective January
1, 2001 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Comptroller to complete and file any forms and take any action necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
