WHEREAS,
the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is
Sanitary Sewer Service
desirous of retaining the services of
(Division of G. P. Drellos, Inc.) for emergency call-in service,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED
, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor to retain the services of
Sanitary Sewer Service for emergency call-in service, at an amount
not to exceed $4,500.00 (letter containing fee schedule from
Sanitary Sewer Service, dated January 16, l992, attached), the
Contract to contain such revisions and additions and be in such
form as the Town Attorney and Town Supervisor shall deem
appropriate, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED
, that the bill for services shall be paid from
Account No.: appropriate Wastewater Account.
