RESOLUTION REGARDING PURCHASING PROCEDURES
RESOLUTION NO. 152, 92

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing for the Town of Queensbury has
duly advertised for bids for specified office supplies, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has awarded the
bid to Mico Business Products, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous of
establishing a directive concerning the manner in which all
departments and districts in Town will purchase the types of office
products which will be supplied to the Town by Mico Business
Products,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby directs
that all departments within the Town of Queensbury shall arrange to
receive their office supplies that are available through the
Clerk's Office as a result of this purchase from Mico Business
Products from the Town Clerk's Office and it is further directed
that in the event that there are any special districts receiving
offices servicing special districts receiving products that they
shall be charged back for the products received from the Town
Clerk's Office.
