183.92 RESOLUTION REGARDING REVALUATION OF QUEENSBURY RESOLUTION NO. 183, 92 , Introduced by Mr. Michel Brandt who moved for it's adoption, seconded by Mrs. Betty Monahan. WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to authorize and undertake a revaluation of all properties in the Town of Queensbury to be effective for the 1993 tax year, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the Town Assessor to immediately take steps to begin the revaluation process including notifications that maybe necessary to the County as well as to the State, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Assessor is hereby also authorized to submit or send out requests for proposals for services to be used in connection with the reval, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor and/or the Assessor as maybe appropriate is hereby authorized to notify the State and take all action necessary to secure the grant, a grant or a funding of monies that is available from the State to assist in the cost of the revaluation.
