RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TERMINATION MALCOLM PIRNIE CONTRACT
RESOLUTION NO. 247, 92

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
entered into an agreement with Malcolm Pirnie Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board after review of the landfill closure
project and matters dealing with the landfill has determined to
terminate the contract with Malcolm Pirnie,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to take such action as may be
required under the agreement with Malcolm Pirnie to terminate the
same effective immediately with the appropriate payments if any to
be made to Malcolm Pirnie from the previously indicated account.
