RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING STUDY
OF THE HOVEY POND RECLAMATION PROJECT

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is
desirous of completing an engineering study of the Hovey Pond
Reclamation Project, and
WHEREAS, Richard Dystra has proposed to perform
engineering services and complete the study, said services to be
performed at a not-to-exceed cost of $5,000.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
hereby approves of the retaining of Richard Dystra to complete the
proposed engineering study and hereby further authorizes the Town
Supervisor to execute a contract with Mr. Dystra with the same to
be in a form approved by the Town Attorney, and
BE IT FURTHER, resolved that the cost of the study shall
be paid for from Account #82-7110-2899.
