RESOLUTION TO AMEND 1992 BUDGET AND TRANSFER FUNDS
RESOLUTION NO. 270, 92
, Introduced by Mr. Nick Caimano who moved
for it's adoption, seconded by Mr. Michel Brandt.
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor has requested a transfer of funds
for the 1992 Budget, and
WHEREAS, said request has been approved by the Town of
Queensbury Accounting Office and the Chief Fiscal Officer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the funds be transferred as follows, for the
1992 budget:

001-1990-4400 001-9950-9082 $ 5,000.00
(General Fund (Transfer to Hovey
Contingency) Pond)
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the transfer of cash from the General Fund to the Hovey
Pond Project Fund in the total amount of $5,000.00.
