WHEREAS, has submitted a request
for the authorization and establishment of a Planned Unit
Development and the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Queensbury
provides for review and recommendations by the Planning Board
regarding the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs that the following application be submitted
to the Planning Board for the Town of Queensbury for report and
