WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Mike Kaidas of Kaidas Kitchen has presented a claim for
reimbursement regarding contract 5 of the Quaker Road Sewer
District, and
WHEREAS, the Wastewater Department of the Town of Queensbury has
recommended that the Town settle the claim in the amount of $2,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the sum of $2,000 be paid to Mike Kaidas from the
Wunderlich retainer account #76-8150-2899, thereby settling the
claim.
Duly adopted this 6th day of July, 1992, by the following vote:
